Collecting

When you are using the software, those data may collected inside the software:

• The metadata of your paired devices, including, but not limited to, customized device name, device type, software installed, etc.
• The content or metadata of media files, including but not limited to the creation date or related software.
• The data you input or generate from the software.

We are collecting this data to assist you in storing, organizing, and managing them as per your request, which is the fundamental feature and underlying mechanism of the app. We want to emphasize that you have full control over your data and how it is used.

Using

All data will be stored locally inside the software and not used for non-feature-required purposes. We cannot read or collect your data, which will be stored locally and not sent to our server. Your data is always yours.

Storing and Sharing

Even though we intend not to share your data with any third-party entities and keep it saved locally, we also provide an optional feature that syncs your data across devices with the iCloud service. Your carrier of iCloud service may be Apple Inc. or Guizhou-Cloud Big Data (Guiyang) Technology Co., Ltd. (“GCBD”) or other eligible entities, according to the region setting of your Apple Account.

To check your iCloud service carrier, launch the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, and tap “iCloud.” If the string on the top is “iCloud 由云上贵州运营” (iCloud Carried by GCBD), then your iCloud carrier is GCBD; otherwise, it is Apple Inc. or other eligible entities.

If you want to use the software with the iCloud service, you are eligible to comply with the privacy policy and other legal documents of Apple Inc. or CGBD. Go to https://www.apple.com/legal/ to check out all eligible legal documents.

You may opt out of the syncing feature if you disagree with some or all related external legal documents. To opt out of iCloud-related services for the software, launch the Settings app on your iPhone, then tap your name at the top, and tap “iCloud”. Tap the “Show all” button inside the “Apps using iCloud” section, then turn the toggle off of “Switshot 2”. For other opt-out ways, check out the help documents from Apple.

Security

We are seriously keeping your data safe, including using the latest related SDKs, technologies, and frameworks, even though we are not collecting it through the software. We also suggest you check the latest security patches and updates from hardware manufacturers to ensure data storage security inside the app.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. However, we will notify you if the policy has been modified. We also suggest you check this page frequently to see the latest changes.
